Terms of Service

Effective date: October 2026

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Martinez United LLC, the company that operates Booth Command at boothcommand.com. They cover the website, the signed-in app, and the paid subscription.

Booth Command is software for trading-card vendors and show hosts. It covers inventory, Show POS for sales, buys, and trades at card shows, Door POS for ticket sales, vendor check-in with signatures, store POS with consignment, public showrooms, collector portfolios and showcases, and price lookups and card scanning.

If you create an account, subscribe, or keep using Booth Command, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. Booth Command is for business use: a booth, a card show, a store, or a collector account you control. The information you give us must be accurate, and you must be allowed to agree to these terms for the business you sign up.

The person who creates the account is responsible for the people they invite onto the team.

Accounts and team seats

You sign in with an email and a password. When Google sign-in is turned on, you can also use a Google account. Keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.

A booth has three roles: owner, manager, and staff. The owner invites someone by email. Booth Command creates a link. It does not email that link. The owner copies it and sends it. The invitee accepts while signed in with that same email. The owner can remove a member. Everyone on the team must follow these terms, and the owner is responsible for how the team uses the booth.

Booth Command Paid includes one seat. Extra seats are not billed today. We may offer extra seats later. We will tell you the price before any charge for an extra seat.

Subscription and billing

Some booth tools are available without a subscription. Scanning, price lookups, and the other paid tools need an active trial or Booth Command Paid.

Booth Command Paid is $24.99 per month, billed by Stripe. Each new account gets one 14-day free trial. That trial starts when the account is created. Subscribing does not start a second trial. If you add a card while the trial is still running, the first charge is when that same trial ends. If the trial is already over, the first charge is at checkout. After that, the subscription renews every month until you cancel.

You can cancel any time from Settings, using Manage billing, or by emailing support@boothcommand.com. After you cancel, access continues through the end of the current trial or the period you already paid for. We do not refund that period, including a partial month.

A failed payment can pause paid features. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's page. We keep a Stripe customer id on the account. Stripe's terms apply to the charge.

We can change the price for a later renewal. We will post the new price on this page, with a new effective date, before that renewal. Until then, the price is $24.99 per month.

Acceptable use

Use Booth Command for a lawful card business or collection. You agree to:

  • Give us information that is true.
  • Enter another person's name, phone, email, photo, or signature only when you have a right to do so, and tell them what you are collecting when the law requires it.
  • Keep logins inside the booth. Do not share a seat with the public.
  • Leave other booths, other accounts, and our systems alone.
  • Skip malware, attacks on the service, and scraping that overloads it.
  • Follow the rules of the shows you work and of the payment apps you use at the table.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, creates risk for other people, or does not pay.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put into Booth Command: inventory, photos, scans, notes, messages, check-in signatures, showroom listings, store and consignment records, and collector portfolios.

You give us a license to host, store, copy, and display that material so we can run the service. That includes showing a public showroom or showcase to people you allow to open it. You promise you have the rights to the photos and text you upload.

The license ends when you delete the material and we delete our copies. A copy can remain when we need it for security, a dispute, or the law, or while it sits in a backup we have not yet rotated out.

Prices and market data

Price lookups, catalog numbers, and sold-price comparisons are estimates from outside sources. They can be wrong, late, or missing. A card scan and a grade-check estimate are reading aids. They are not an official grade from any grading company, and they are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or trade.

You make every buy, sale, and trade. We are not responsible for a price you pay or accept, a card you misidentify, or a deal you make from a number on the screen.

Payments at the table

Stripe bills the Booth Command subscription. That is the only payment we process.

Sales, buys, trades, door tickets, store checkout, consignment payouts, and store credit are between you and the other person. You can record cash, a card, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, or another method, and you can show a QR code for a pay handle you saved. We do not move that money, hold it in escrow, or guarantee that the customer pays, that a payout arrives, or that a dispute with the customer goes your way.

Public pages

Public showrooms and collector showcases are under your control. You choose whether a showroom is on, whether asking prices are visible, and what a public page shows. Anyone with the link can see what you publish. Keep private cost, customer details, and another person's information off those pages.

Other companies

Booth Command runs on other companies' services for hosting, sign-in, file storage, subscription billing, card and price data, and optional photo reading. Their outages and rule changes can affect the product. We do not control those companies. The Privacy Policy names the ones the product actually uses.

Availability and your records

We work to keep Booth Command available. We do not promise that it will be up for every show, that a scan will succeed, or that we can restore a booth after a loss. Keep your own copies of inventory, sales, tax, and show records. Those books are yours to keep when the app is down.

Disclaimers

Booth Command is provided as it is and as it is available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that prices, grades, scans, or stock counts are accurate, or that the service will be error-free.

Some states do not allow certain warranty disclaimers. In those states, these disclaimers apply only as far as the law allows.

Limit on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Martinez United LLC and the people who operate it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost goodwill, lost data, or a buy or sell decision, even if we knew that kind of loss was possible.

Our total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the fees you paid us for Booth Command in the 12 months before the claim. If you paid nothing in that time, that cap is zero.

Some states do not allow these limits. In those states, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.

Claims against us

If someone brings a claim against Martinez United LLC because of your content, the customer or vendor information you entered, your team, your public pages, your booth or store operations, or a break of these terms, you will defend that claim and cover our losses and reasonable lawyers' fees.

We will tell you about a claim we know of. You will not settle it in a way that admits fault for us, or puts a duty on us, unless we agree in writing.

Ending access

You can stop using Booth Command at any time and ask us to close the account. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, creates risk, or does not pay.

After an account closes, these parts still apply: the content license for copies we must keep, prices and market data, payments at the table, disclaimers, the liability cap, claims against us, and governing law.

Governing law

These terms follow the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas are the venue for a dispute about these terms or the service, and each of us consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes

We can update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using Booth Command after that date, you accept the update. If you do not agree, stop using the service and write to us to close the account.
